To produce our Ham, the pork legs are hand selected then cured in brine. After this process, the pork legs are tied and netted, then steam cooked slowly to ensure a tender, succulent, full flavoured Ham. Additionally, we produce our own smoked Ham, again using a traditional method over Beechwood chippings, that gives our ham a delicious smoky finish.
